I didn't know something so simple could look this good in @framer . Today I was about to submit my next template for review and I thought🤔 - "the hero section is looking a bit plain and boring." So I added a shader. After some tweaking, the result was - mind blowing. Simple, yet now the hero section looked more alive. So I did the same thing to the footer. 👉Although it looks good, I won't encourage you to overuse it. Shaders can easily get messy if you're not careful. #framer #framerchallenge

🚀 Revenue Milestone: $0 / $50K Week 6/13 -------------------------------- 🚧 Progress Update: Glad to announce that my Groomie Template groomie.framer.website has successfully passed the prefinal review phase and is expected to be published on the Framer Marketplace within the next few days. Initially, I planned to release it as a free template to experiment with that route, but during the final stage I decided to switch to the paid option instead. I only received one review round for this template, and it highlighted some new requirements: 1️⃣ When using two CTA buttons, avoid using the hover-state color of one button as the default color of the second button. For example in my project's hero section, I had one button with a black default state and white hover state, while the second button used white as its default background color and orange on hover. This approach was not accepted during the review process. 2️⃣ The 404 page image was too generic, so I was asked to replace it with something more visually aligned with the other images used in the project. 🏗️ Since last week, I’ve been heavily focused on building my custom UI Kit, primarily centered around creating responsive and reusable sections for different use cases. The system has matured significantly, and I’m currently working on developing multiple variations of hero sections and contact forms. Once those are completed, I’ll be able to move forward with the next templates already planned in my pipeline. Before diving into the next 90 days, I want to share a gift with you, a resource that can help not only you but the entire Framer Community, especially designers and developers transitioning to Framer. Every Framer template creator knows this line well: "After deeply reviewing your submission, we have to reject it at this time." If you’ve received it once, you understand the frustration. If it’s been five, seven, or nine times for the same template, something deeper is at play. Not your design skills, not your effort, but the gap in accessible information. The official #Framer Template Requirements are real, necessary, and worth reading thoroughly, but they are only the tip of the iceberg. Beneath the surface exists a fully undocumented set of standards, vocabulary, and expectations consistently applied by the review team, and almost no published resource explains them. Terms like “Visual Polish” often appear in rejection emails but lack a formal definition. Similarly, guidelines around hover states on mobile, duplicate images, the FAQ section’s hover behavior on mobile, and the use of the Ticker component on mobile are not officially documented. Violating any of these undocumented rules can result in a template being rejected. This guide was created to close that gap and clarify these hidden rules, both for myself and for others. The #Framer Template Development: Master Guide reflects five months of hands-on marketplace experience, including three templates submitted, twenty review cycles completed, hundreds of hours iterating, and every piece of official feedback carefully analyzed and documented. This is neither a beginner tutorial nor a superficial checklist.
