@amit219 FYI.. The official AQI for Delhi, as reported by the government, uses a scale that tops out at 500. This is a deliberate choice, as the government argues the health effects are similar whether the AQI is 500 or 1,500.

India Gate is barely visible and the AQI is still shown as under 500 !!
If environmental data can appear this misleading, it makes one wonder how many other figures, from election results to GDP and economic reports, are filtered before reaching the public.
