Customer care is saying nothing is pending at my end then why no progress on that.

Every time I write a mail only one answer they provide- FTI more than 15 days, Insurer concurrence is not received - Require Insurer concurrence to process the claim. When I ask the meaning of it, they copy paste the same mail again and send it to me.

@care_mediassist @MediAssistIndia You are the worst service provider, I have seen in my life. I raised claim on 4th July 2022 and still it is not processed. Your team asked some missing indoor case papers documents which are of 80MB, but your portal only supports 5MB size.

Now they will again asked me to submit missing docs. How many times should I upload these docs? I don't know why corporates are choosing these pathetic service providers.

@care_mediassist @MediAssistIndia Now your team asked me to send all those documents via mail. I dropped them 5 mails as your mail server has 20 MB size limit of attachments. But still no one took those documents from that mail. I can't get clear status of my documents upload whether they are accepted or not.
