@CiaranMcNulty @dunmorej This is naive. There’s a significant portion of the world that doesn’t have access to traditional banking facilities. Crypto can help in this circumstance; banking the unbanked.

@dunmorej I think the people avoiding banks are going to realise why banks exist when they lose their keys / get hacked / send things to the wrong person by accident

Valuation firms are only involved during the mortgage application process and we are still valuing New Build property for some lenders.
