@ampnz You are a challenge to deal with. Have been working through a loss claim and nearly 5 months on; still struggling for an outcome. Extremely slow, complete lack of proactiveness, no ownership, zero communications-astounded this is expected to be acceptable in service sector

@ampnz how come you have now removed the Personal Rate of Return from the my AMP app ? You say it’s because ‘market movements have impacted returns’, but surely that’s what happens with these funds? Are you frightened that people can compare your performance with others?
