Same size shoe. Same model. Same designation (women's) One is new, and the other is worn. This is why you don't wear old racing shoes.

@McKaleDavis I think optical based HRMs will all have a high level of inaccuracy (the coros arm band is also optical I believe). I think if accuracy is the goal, the chest strap is the way to go.

Okay, I’ve been using a Coros Pace 2 for almost a year now. I really like its GPS accuracy, looks, &battery. But I hate how it tracks my heart rate extremely high for every run! Any thoughts on Garmin 55? I don’t want lots of bells & whistles. Just a heart monitor that errs low🙃

@McKaleDavis Add @GoZwift and you will never go back to the cold! I used to be hardcore (ie 20 milers in -10° windchill). Now with Zwift I barely go out when it’s <20°!

I would not believe it if it didn’t happen to me, but in this, my 39th winter, my dislike of running outside in the cold dark finally outweighs by dislike of running on the treadmill. Running in shorts with the lights and my favorite music on > freezing and stumbling in the dark
