I’m sick to my stomach. Sunak has made his anti-trans stance crystal clear. This government is responsible for endangering real lives by emboldening acts of transphobia & increasing LGBTQ+ hostility. Trans people exist, aren’t an inherent threat, & just want to live in peace.

I can’t imagine the pain, fear, and anger felt by the trans community watching the prime minister’s horrible little speech today. We as allies to the trans community need to raise our voices and create/maintain the safe spaces for our siblings. #TransRightsAreHumanRights 🏳️‍⚧️❤️

I always try to keep politics off of my page, but after yesterdays speech by Rishi Sunak, I am so saddened. Trans people should feel seen, validated and SAFE in this country. To the trans community, I stand with you. 🏳️‍⚧️

@rjsmith0601 Thank you so much! ❤️ I did, it was such a different way of getting sober.. I had no temptation around me.. but was also extremely isolated during my detoxing. I found that when the lockdown ended - I felt like I was getting sober all over again entering a world of temptation!
