@AmericanAir I can’t take it there within two days we are on vacation. I took it there today and showed them and they said to do the claim form. This is ridiculous.

@amykmoran Based on the letter you shared with us, the next step would be to take your bag in to the nearest airport Baggage Service office within 2 days for further review.

This is ridiculous @AmericanAir second trip in two weeks my bag was ruined. Won’t be flying again. Do better! My bag came off the plane with two wheels instead of 4!! Not sure how that is minor!!
