@SlaterNFL My husband said it's an artsy movie. That fixed it for me. Did you read the book? Lots of science in there...Rocky wasn't so much of a rock as depicted in the movie. There are some story lines in the book that would be hard to translate in a movie, so I will give them credit.

Project Hail Mary was cute but as a sci fi nerd I wanted more layers like Interstellar, Contact. The whole movie I’m thinking he’s in a wormhole, Rocky is his future self, the ship is the tesseract and nah…Just a guy and his ancient rock. I count the days to Disclosure Day.
