Adorni y la Ley de Inocencia Fiscal. El régimen simplificado de Ganancias creado por la llamada “Ley de Inocencia Fiscal” no excluye a los funcionarios públicos. Pero sí deja afuera por ejemplo, a quienes presenten graves inconsistencias registrales o fiscales. Difícilmente Manuel Adorni, con la situación fiscal expuesta durante 2024 y 2025, pueda acogerse a ese régimen, máxime teniendo en cuenta que sus principales ingresos son de la función pública. Adorni es un funcionario público que ya presentó declaraciones inexactas ante la Oficina Anticorrupción. Su obligación de transparencia sobre movimientos de dinero, incrementos patrimoniales y endeudamiento existe precisamente para despejar cualquier sospecha de corrupción. Y hoy lo que se observa es alarmante. Si existieron movimientos de dinero no declarados, la evasión fiscal dependerá de si el monto evadido supera los umbrales de punibilidad fijados por la nueva ley penal tributaria, hoy cercanos a los $100 millones. En ese caso, la hipótesis de delito fiscal sería plenamente investigable aunque conforme a la reforma, podría extinguirse la acción penal mediante pago. Entre los posibles delitos a investigar —dádivas, enriquecimiento ilícito, evasión y lavado de activos— el delito fiscal tiene una particularidad: puede quedar extinguido si se regulariza la deuda. El FMI reconoce que hay déficit fiscal de 0,8% del PBI. En la página 7 del staff report hay una “notita al pasar” donde se aclara que el superávit no contempla los intereses capitalizables. “Esta medida excluye los pagos de intereses de los bonos cupón cero, los cuales se registran por debajo de la línea. Incluir el componente real de los intereses capitalizados por encima de la línea elevaría el déficit total a cerca de 0,8% del PBI”.

In a world increasingly run by systems that do not feel, algorithms, institutions, AI, the willingness to be honestly human is becoming one of the most radical things a person can offer. We have built a culture that rewards the performance of strength. The polished presentation. The confident voice. The carefully managed image that never lets the difficulty show. Politicians who cannot admit uncertainty. Scientists who cannot acknowledge the limits of what they know. Leaders who confuse emotional unavailability with competence. And we are paying the cost of that confusion everywhere. Because the emotions do not disappear when they are not expressed. They go somewhere. Into the body, into cortisol that drives inflammation, into the chronic stress state that degrades every biological system it touches. The person who never allows vulnerability does not become stronger. They become brittle, and the more brittle they become the more defended they must be against the ordinary losses that life will inevitably bring. Genuine vulnerability is something different from collapse. It is the honest acknowledgment of where you actually are. Of what you are carrying. Of what has been hard and what has cost you and what you do not yet know how to resolve. It is the willingness to be seen in your actual condition rather than the condition you are performing. And anger, let us talk about anger honestly. Anger is not a spiritual failure. It is a signal. It tells you that something that matters to you has been violated, a boundary crossed, an injustice committed, a truth denied. Suppressed anger does not become peace. It becomes depression, becomes illness, becomes the low-grade bitterness that colours everything without ever being addressed directly. Used consciously, anger is fuel. It propels you forward when exhaustion would otherwise win. It clarifies what matters when confusion obscures it. It gives the body energy it would not otherwise access. The difference between anger that heals and anger that harms is whether it is expressed with intention or whether it simply runs, unchecked, undirected, flooding the system with cortisol and leaving damage in its wake. Feel it. Name it. Use it. And then release it. This is what it means to be an emotional being in full possession of your humanity. At a time when AI can simulate almost everything else, this, the genuine, messy, vulnerable, feeling human being showing up honestly, is irreplaceable. Stay true to yourself.
