@SlackHQ All is unread consistently across Desktop browser, mobile Android and Mac OS app.

@anahnarciso We're very sorry to hear of the trouble there! Could you have pressed SHIFT + ESC? This would mark all messages as read. Otherwise, did you notice any odd behaviour around the time unreads were marked as read? If you access the workspace on a browser, do you see the same there?

@SlackHQ Thank you for your reply! No, I definitely did not press that combination. But just before that I noticed erratic behavior while trying to edit messages. I believe you had a bit of an outage, right? Could you have reset messages to flush some servers?
