@ReillyEagles @THEDavidMarcus @_CCE_ @SentiveJ Yeah sure, but that isn't where money is made in design, though. That's always been for freelance/juniors filling monetary holes. Most of the ones on Twitter are Fiverr Russian Photoshop artists, weirdly enough.
English

@analdinner_ @THEDavidMarcus @_CCE_ @SentiveJ Its never going to make real art but its certainly going to help people who were already not using graphic artists make better graphics.

“It’s over for designers”
Brother none of the designers I know would put their name to something this ugly. We’ll be just fine.

Okay this is actually insane

@cosmo25x @cyb_rslums @WorkTheSpace Running a powerful image model at home is possible. Running the new models, training them, or matching the quality, speed, multimodal integration, and constant updating of major commercial systems is another matter. That still leans heavily on serious compute and infrastructure.
English

@analdinner_ @cyb_rslums @WorkTheSpace You have 0 clue about the state of open source then lol. There's already good open source image + video generation models you can run locally, at home. No idea why you're talking about servers
English

@dcbruck @yearning_tree @johnsportraits This is a terrible design principle, though. This is what people who have never studied art don't understand. A machine can't tell you what is visually appealing about an image that human eyes have to interpret. It's why Munch's scream is so revered.
English

@THEDavidMarcus @ReillyEagles @_CCE_ @SentiveJ Chum brands will begin to replace low-value art with generative AI. But AI will never come up with novel ideas all on its own. That's not how language learning systems work, especially with art.
English

@ReillyEagles @_CCE_ @SentiveJ I won't endorse that thinking because it's a fucked up way of thinking.
It should be an assistance, not a replacement of human beings. Once we start doing that everybody is fucked, including whatever your job may be.
English

@WorkTheSpace @GneGneZ1 Which is true, and why the market will adapt. This sort of design will be exposed. Nobody will pay a graphic designer money for low-value, repeatable work like football graphics. It won't, however, threaten Client-facing creative problem-solving and design systems.
English

@analdinner_ @GneGneZ1 It also makes the floor cheaper than ever before to access, therein lies the issue
English

@cosmo25x @cyb_rslums @WorkTheSpace Who is paying to host these servers? Who is open-sourcing an art generation AI for free? That's not how it works, man.
English

@cyb_rslums @WorkTheSpace 6-12 months until there’s an open source equivalent, designers are cooked sadly
English

@WorkTheSpace @GneGneZ1 AI in Joe's hands can generate passable work, but it’s typography, composition, art direction, and knowing why something works. A trained designer has all of that, plus speed and expanded capabilities. It tool raises everyone’s floor, but it raises the expert's ceiling too.
English

@analdinner_ @GneGneZ1 The issue is that many who consume and commission design work don't know these things themselves, if something cheaper is comparable in quality in their eyes they will choose it
English

@WorkTheSpace @GneGneZ1 Graphic designers will just utilise it as a tool. The normal Joe still doesn't understand good graphic design principles; they still have to learn to know what works and what doesn't.

@RickDrury10 @livid_endurance @BraedenSorbo @Rainmaker1973 Pol Pot was a communist revolutionary influenced by Marxism and Maoism, but his regime became an extreme, isolationist, and genocidal dictatorship that went far beyond mainstream communism. Pol Pot was overthrown by Vietnam, a communist nation, backed by the USSR.
English

Let's see.
Private ownership of property is not allowed, all property is communal.
All resources are controlled by Central planners.
Personal freedoms are not recognized. Everything is for the collective. Individuality and freedom are replaced by conformity and control.
For better understanding maybe you want to talk to some of the people who lived in the former Soviet socialist republics, or refugees from Cuba, or possibly the Cambodians who fled Pol Pot and the Khmer rouge.
English

Did you know?
The TV series The Man in the High Castle destroyed every Nazi symbol they used during the show once it ended.

@Dustykkometso @JamesNaughton98 @Tychodragonfan and still, I can go out of my house without the risk of being murdered by an immigrant, unlike you.🤣🤣🤣🤣

@NUFCgallowgate @MagpieMediaX Are you sure your club can handle defending such a big trophy?
English

@nial86248 @Jorgenh01 @BackseatsmanLFC @SamMcGuire90 Yes, but we now know that isn't true. He wasn't in Liverpool, he was in Newcastle. IndyKaila made this up, there's no proof this actually happened. The only thing we know for certain, is he visited his barber in Newcastle on the 29th, which is a strange thing to do from Liverpool
English

If anything, the fact you've been doing this for 23 years makes your handling of the Isak situation this summer even more mortifying. You've either willingly lied all summer or you're not doing your job properly mate. One piece doesn't undo everything else.
Luke Edwards@LukeEdwardsTele
You have no idea how I do my job, a job I’ve done for 23 years. You have no idea the number of people I speak to. You have no idea how long I work on stories, how many different contacts I’ve got. And you should delete your ridiculous article given this is the piece I wrote yesterday. But you won’t, well done for getting my attention. You won’t have it long #nufc

indykaila News@indykaila
We all know Alexander Isak been in Ormskirk area for the last 2 days sorting contracts & housing property out. We understand he made quick trip back to Newcastle to see his barbers💈 to have fresh trim ✂️ for @LFC announcement video. He will be in Liverpool again in the morning
QME

@nial86248 @Jorgenh01 @BackseatsmanLFC @SamMcGuire90 Ah yes, defamation. 'Club insiders', it's been well reported for a while now that Isak had downed tools at the end of last season. Interpret that how you like. He didn't IndyKaila specifically said he was staying on the outskirts of Liverpool
