A Gen Z walked into an interview. Interview started one hour late. HR smiled and said, “Thank you for waiting.” Gen Z replied, “I took time off work to be here. Being late wastes my time.” Silence. During salary discussion, HR shared the offer. Gen Z said, “I stepped away from work for this. This feels low. The salary range should’ve been in the job post.” HR responded, “We don’t post ranges so people don’t apply just for the money.” Gen Z asked, “…What money?” The interview panel froze. A week later, HR followed up, “We’ve decided to move forward with another candidate better suited to our needs.” Gen Z replied, “Wishing you luck finding someone who can tolerate this broken culture.” No drama. No disrespect. Just directness. Gen Z didn’t lose the interview. They just refused to pretend.

Maybe take the fact that we’re so easy going, simple minded, and often thinking with our dicks up with the good lord, universe, or whatever creator you believe in. We were designed this way. A woman will tell you body count doesn’t matter, and in the same breath not want to tell you hers, say it’s in the past. or lie about the actual number. It’s because even those claiming it doesn’t matter understand deep down that number determines their value. I personally don’t look at those women as sluts and whores. I love those kind of women for a fun time. Just not for a committed relationship, especially if they have children. She’s got kids and a large number of bodies, her value drops significantly. There are men that don’t care about kids and body counts. They want to take those women on all kinds of dates. They’re just usually the dudes women don’t actually have interest in or find them beyond unattractive. I’d take a 6 with low body count, cooks, no kids, but sucks and fucks well over the 9 with all the baggage. A lot of men would and do in the end.

Yeah, men build and protect everything. It's because men are so benevolent that women have all of their rights and privileges they regularly abuse (like special murder rights). Women need to realize that wanting to run and hide during horrific events isn’t shameful, it’s biology. Women cary the biological burden of our species and so our systems are calibrated accordingly.
