Since you are an-cap, you'd have no government to pass those "laws". They'd instead be rules imposed by insurance companies and stuff. And yet there would be a segment of people who wouldn't care. They'd be uninsured and going on raiding parties. And due to the free rider problem, insurance companies would be unable to stop them.

We all should have supermodel wives too. But that's not the real world. There are murderers, rapists, thieves, tyrannical foreign dictators, etc. out there who are violating rights left and right. Should they? No. Having people try to defend themselves against hordes of jackasses would fail and result in MORE property right violations. Not less.

@anarcon9 @MartinCabreraGR You can either have government infringe on property rights a little, or have bandits and foreign armies infringe on property rights a LOT. It would be nice if we lived in a world without a-holes who violate rights, but we don't. We can only hope to minimize overall infringement.

@anarcon9 @semper_libertvs Sin embargo, me parece correcto apoyar y celebrar los esfuerzos (de milei en éste casó, por más pragmático que sea) de reducir el poder coercitivo del estado, que a final de cuentas es lo que queremos.
