I speak either English or Spanish, never both. Also what fresas do is not "speaking Spanglish" they just call nouns by their English in some form of globalized speech, like saying "logs" instead of "bitácora", and so on.
Spanglish is more an artificial california thing, inserted in movies just for you to remember some stereotyped characters were Mexican. Later people adopted, for some reason.
And it is different from hispanized loanwords from English into Spanish commonly used in the north of the country
"Parquear, troca, picap, dompe" English has tons of those too, particularly related to Cowboy things
"lariat, buckaroo" etc.

@CountDankulaTV It's a fair point Dank, not that it's wrong that you are happy this man won in the name of free speech, It's great. But if any layman was in the same situation free speech comes with a high price tag, when it is clear such lawsuits should never make it to court to begin with.
