I’m reading this guy’s tweets and it feels like we’re living in two different countries, however last I checked I also live in Sweden
Fredrik Hjelm@FredrikHjelm4

@bhorowitz has the clearest framework I've seen for what makes a great startup country: 1. talent and capital willing to take real risk, not just talk about it 2. regulation that gets out of the way and stays predictable 3. and a culture that genuinely applauds business success. Sweden scores well on all three, which still surprises some when I say it out loud The talent is real. The angel networks that formed after Skype, Mojang, King, Spotify and Klarna mean capital is moving faster than ever The regulatory environment is imperfect but functional And the culture thing, the one people dismiss fastest, is actually where Sweden is strangest and most interesting We celebrate our Zlatans, our Daniel Eks, our Niklas Zara Larsson and Abbas You're allowed to go as big as you want here. You just can't be a d*ck about it while doing it. That specific combination turns out to be decent rocket fuel Israel earned #1 for reasons that are harder and heavier. Sweden being #2 is not an accident either.

With a human figuring out the test and writing a very good prompt the model can solve a third of the test. This is not impressive, it's damning.
George Morgan@vr4300

Unbelievable result from the @symbolica research team! In just 1 day since the launch of ARC-AGI-3 we have been able to raise the score from 0% to 36%, and within a very close margin to human baseline as well. See our blog post linked in this thread for a detailed score breakdown and replays.

IT WAS A DARK AND STORMY DECADE. Later, in the distant future, I'd comfort myself imagining it over, and the world works itself out on long enough timescales, but now it’s only 2026 and I’m stuck back here in the present with no sense of historical perspective to soften the blow.

@andrewchen @andrewchen How does this apply to a company like Apple, which has consistently advertised? The iconic "think different" ads come to mind. Weren't they going up against the established firms such as IBM? Perhaps that is an exception to the rule?

lots of AI cos starting to experiment with paid marketing so here’s my take: Paid acquisition is a tax on your product's defensibility. the moment you can't out-spend the incumbents and competitors, you die. build channels that get cheaper as you grow or you're just renting your growth

@nikitabier I have a new app that is pulling 25 business days "in review". Longer total. In the meantime I published another brand new app (took under a week) and have published many updates, all very quick and some even got reviewed during weekends. Very erratic.

iOS developers: How long is App Review taking for everyone these days? It is now taking longer to get our app approved than it is to build the actual features.

@andershovmoller That worked! Thanks. For some reason my wife’s App Store isn’t showing Update by your app, but hopefully it will soon. Here is saying she has to grant permission to calendars, even though it’s says Full Access has been granted.

@andershovmoller My Calvetica isn’t allowing me to edit some previously created events. I just updated to iOS 26.3.1 and this issue seems to have popped up after that. I’m able to edit all events in the native iOS app. Can you help me? I really want to continue using your app!

@calebcangelosi App store just approved the new version so hopefully that fixes your issues. Let me know if it doesn't.

@andershovmoller I wanted to let you know that Calvetica on my iPad is working just fine. It’s just my iPhone app that isn’t working. My wife said that her Calvetica app isn’t working either, though I’m not sure her issues. Hoping you can send out an update to fix the failure to edit issue!

@calebcangelosi Does the edit interface open at all? Which view are you using? I have a build in app review that fixes a few issues but I need more information to know if it fixes what you experience.

@andershovmoller I’ve always been able to click on a previously created event and edit it - change the time, delete it, etc. Now I can’t do that. I should have said “most”. I have multiple calendars connected to Calvetica (my personal, my work, my wife’s, my kids’) and only a few will let me edit

@mbwardlow @hahussain I mean... all wars are illegal. But so is funding assassinations and terrorism, and Iran has been doing that for decades with wild abandon. Two things can be true: Trump is an idiot, and declawing Iran is a good thing.

Get this: In coordination with Gulf governments, Israel Air Force is taking out Iranian missile launchers aimed at Gulf countries. Let it sink in: Israel is defending Arab countries against Islamist Iran regime.

@ohadsamet I heard this stuff endlessly even before vibe coding. "Oh noes, it's now web scale" or whatever, not even before they had a customer, but before they even talked to a potential customer.
