Please fact-check me: These are photos from the ongoing natural disaster in Tanzania that forced them to shut some of their dams. So far, 175 people have died in Tanzania due to the ongoing nationwide flood in that African country and the death toll is rising daily. Dams, roads, and schools have been shut nationwide. Millions of people are affected. The Tanzanian government is even requesting help to overcome the devastating flooding caused by extreme weather in the East African nation, especially as the floods are now threatening a UNESCO World Heritage Site at the Selous Game Reserve, where the ongoing flood has displaced 125,000 people. Kenya is also affected, as they share a border. In Kenya, they did not shut their dams, and they burst and have killed 120 people so far. That death toll is rising daily. I was recently in both Kenya and Tanzania. Please fact-check me again. And this is the country that Peter Obi was denouncing Nigeria for, claiming that their infrastructure is better than ours, and stating that he feels "pain" because Nigeria can not meet up with Tanzania's achievements.
