week 25. added linkedin to the channel mix this week. third platform now. each one rewards a different rhythm: x is daily presence. linkedin is weekly depth. reddit (when I'm back) is monthly contribution. not three of the same thing. three different jobs.

the second question every user asks, after "can I trust this": "will this still work in 5 years?" what they're really asking: is this a side project that'll vanish on me? or is this something you're committed to. trust is built in increments. so is commitment.

small thing that surprised me this week: changed my reddit bio from "printer at heart" to "american in london. designer + solo founder." complete strangers now respond differently. less skepticism, more curiosity. one sentence of context is doing 80% of the work.

I have very bullish plan that could potentially create 0-human app studio companies. After seeing how @tdinh_me was approaching to the mac mini (Otto) and claude setup for iOS app development, I've also started to maximizing the limits of my mac mini. Now technically you can fully automatize everything from app developing to localizations, screenshots to description, sending testflight build to filling privacy forms with your mac mini. You can even make your mac mini to check your app store rejections in the night and can fix the rejection reason and send it to the review back while you're sleeping. Same goes for play store as well, with a bit extra effort you can also do same full autonomous android app submissions as well. Currently I have lots of scripts, skills, prompts knowhow that can generate better apps than %90 of the apps in the app stores. I'm not talking about basic ai slops apps, all the apps that I've being making with my mac mini was legit fully functional pain killers apps that really helping to people + having nice UI/UX & App Store Screenshots & Good ASO and also good ASA so it's can technically have enough knowledge of making money without or with spending ads. Rather than opening only new email/github etc. to your mac mini, now I can also open new company for my mac mini then he can keep finding potential niche markets and build and growth the apps in 7/24. I'm in the era of polsia for mobile but without have to cold email and annoy others.

HRG 2026 just ended. I had the most productive month ever, learned so many new things from everyone in the batch, and had so much fun! If you are an indie hacker, just gather your friends and build together!

nobody in my family has ever left kazakhstan. i just flew half the globe to SF. a week ago, i was in my village of 2,000 people with 3mb/s internet. a year ago, i didn't even know what a SAFE note was. today, i'm 17, standing in sf with $300k raised from top investors to build my startup. now please, go tell someone else that staying delusional is stupid.

🏃‍♂️ I've gamified my own run so I can race my own ghost with the Meta Ray-Ban Display. I built a web app for the glasses, loaded a previous GPX from Strava, and dropped game mechanics on top. Pick up coins when you keep pace, sprint zones reward extra points if you push, and a mini leaderboard on the lens shows how you're tracking against your past self in real time. Best part: it actually works. Seeing your ghost 20 m ahead is a way stronger nudge than any number on a watch. 😅

week 24. posted on cadence both accounts. learned more about reddit's auto-filters than I wanted to. biggest realization: the voice that works on x (dashes, lowercase, fragments) is exactly what reddit's bots flag as AI. same writer. different channel. different rules.

The question every user asks me, eventually: "can I trust this is accurate?" it's never about features. it's about whether you can stop checking. Building a finance app is mostly an exercise in earning that quietly

this week's learning: video posted natively on X: 6 views. same video embedded on the site: 57. the right place for short video isn't where you broadcast — it's where the user already is.
