Modern Western civilization has extraordinary empathy compared to its power. This is also arguably its greatest weakness. With the nuclear bomb, America could have subjugated every nation on Earth with ease. Hitler and Stalin would certainly have done so. Instead, America helped rebuild Germany and Japan! There is no historical precedent for a nation with so much power helping, rather than destroying, its defeated enemies.

Let me be blunt. Those who are afraid of AI feel deep down that they are impostors & have no edge. If you have a 1) clear mind, 2) a deep, not just cosmetic, undertanding of your specialty, 3) and/or are original enough to reinvent yourself when needed, AI will be your friend.

@WolfSoul42 @handelsblatt @WolfSoul42 fractional ownership and trading are two features that financial instruments already have. You can fractionally own Apple and you can trade it easily. Why would you try to create a new marketplace, if you could just package real estate into a financial instrument?

@andonians @handelsblatt The article has a pay barrier, so I didn’t read all. But the part where you state that tokenisation doesn’t provide significant benefits to real estate markets. What about fractional ownership and ease of trading to just mention two coming to my mind.
