1. When speaking to people, look into their eyes.
It makes you come across as attentive and unbiased.
In virtual meetings, look into the camera pinhole and not their face (will take some time getting used to). That way you look straight into their eyes.

I'm convinced that "getting" NFTs is directly proportional to "getting" the concept of fungibility.
It's not about not getting what tokens are.
There's over 1B crypto holders. They get "tokens"
There's less than 0.5M NFT holders.
