Viva la vida! Familia, amor, y salud! He/Him/Él

Two hours south of San Diego, Valle de Guadalupe has grown into Mexico’s most important wine region, with 150+ wineries spread across a valley long known for agriculture. Over time, independent winemakers and chefs started building here, raising the level year by year until it earned spots on the Michelin Guide and comparisons to Napa, without trying to copy it. A day here is usually a mix of winery stops and one solid meal, with most places a short drive from each other. Tastings are relaxed, often hosted by the people actually making the wine, and menus focus on Baja ingredients like seafood, olive oil, and local produce. You can cover a few spots without overplanning, and it still feels like you got a full day out of it.
