I can login to the "My Netgear" site just fine, but the router doesn't acknowlege that. Now i cant even get the router's default page to load. Why have you made this so difficult? Netgear stuff used to be easy and simple.

@NETGEAR - Why do I need to create a different account with accounts.netgear.com after I have already set a password for my router? If you dont have a way for me to set this up without creating an unnecessary account, I'm returning this router and getting a safer one.

@hulu_support Yeah, also dont show the overlay when I use the keyboard shortcuts to fast forward or rewind. I use those b/c I missed something in the captions and the overlay hides those too, making me have to rewind even farther.

@hulu - please fix the desktop browser based player to not be so sensitive to mouse movements or hovering. Everything on a computer shows tooltips when the mouse is over it. Its hard to watch anything on your service because I either have to choose...
