Not just on paper, Mike — we’ve knocked a few million doors already this cycle and talked to voters about it directly, not to mention all the coworkers and next door neighbors and transit riders we’ve talked to about it. They seem to really like it so idk man

not trying to weigh in one way or another but this is an extremely funny example given that Chicago DSA is currently involved in an independent’s congressional run and is running against an opponent backed by smaller left groups who is running on an established ballot line (WCP)

I'll use Illinois as a perfect hypothetical scenario: Two candidates are running for a U.S. House seat: Candidate A is a DSA member running in the Democratic primary and Candidate B is an independent candidate running with support from the usual left microsects.

neither brit robinson nor julie gonzales have dsa/socialism on their websites.
Denver DSA included gonzales in their voter guide, but not endorsed
JaxDSA held a forum for robinson, but doesn’t seem like she was endorsed

@kaliphear @Staroxvia she was a member and was endorsed by pittsburgh dsa when she ran for state office. she did not seek the endorsement when she ran for congress. notably, she does not have any mention of palestine (or foreign policy at all) on her website.
