There’s a very real scenario where US special forces are allowed to enter Iran unopposed by moderate elements to extract the enriched uranium. This would allow the regime to save face by not having to “give it up”. They can then tell their citizens the Americans took it by force.

I can't be made to care too deeply about the SAVE Act, but requiring people to bring a birth certificate or passport to the voting booth seems unreasonable and even draconian to me. Our current system will work fine if you add a simple Photo ID requirement.
