For context: Ken doesn’t have a 4f normal and his only 4f is his LK Tatsu so this might as well say 0 on block for what is worth.

@NY_Teiga sad i thought LK Tatsu would be good for JD guard cancels, but it's not good.

Ken is fun. . . but this character is odd coming from Rock. - same combo regardless of midscreen or corner unless you want damage. - Only gets a safe jump off lvl 2 Jinrai or Rev. - Ex confirms off lights are quite nice - dash vs run - H DP break is fun vs JD
