@BBCSurrey I wouldn't be surprised if the state of the road surface by the tunnel had anything to do with this. Just before the tunnel there are patches of uneven tarmac which cars often swerve to avoid.

@HMRCcustomers HMRC said I would receive a cheque for tax refund back in August. Cheque hasn't arrived. Can I get this resent? Can't get through on telephone support as it keeps saying offline for technical problems.
