@TUIUK day 39 of lost luggage. Been told to phone a number that has a answer phone message pre recorded on that says this is not the best way to contact us. Their correct as three messages left and not one returned call. Come on TUI get your act together

@TUIUK Secondary tracing has a answerphone on that number telling you this is not the ideal way to get in touch. There right I’ve left 3 messages and no one has got in touch. You shouldn’t be advertising that number as a solution

@TUIUK 37 days have passed since I last saw my luggage. Phoned emailed completed your lost luggage claim, still no one has been in touch. Very poor please can someone please contact me

@TUIUK Secondary tracing said I had to wait 30 days before a claim. Then to claim against you or my personal insurance which I’m not prepared to do. The link to your website is down
