For the second week in a row @YodelOnline has messed up. By not delivering my @HelloFreshUK box this week I will be cancelling my subscription. Absolutely worst courrier company in the UK.

@Go_CheshireWest very disappointed today to visit Ellesmere Port. Tried four different parking payment machines, all in various states of not working. Used an app to pay for parking and charged more than the advertised fee. Excellent way to discourage visitors to your town.

@coopuk very unhappy at being accused by a member of staff of scamming/fraud who misread the discount amount as the scanned amount. “We’re on alert for people scanning cheaper items”. Merry Christmas. 😡😡😡

I have been verbally abused twice on the way to football matches so far this season. On both occasions I was minding my own business, head down, walking to the ground. I was called 'a fucking queer cunt' by one man and another told me that 'our club doesn't want disgusting gay fans'. If you're a player and that offends you less than wearing a rainbow-coloured armband for a couple of matches, then maybe you're part of the problem.

So @crashplan continues to ignore me. But they send me daily notices that my backups are going to be deleted for non payment. Their email is “noreply”, their web help is broken, they don’t reply to tweets. So I guess all my data is just gone forever? Great.
