@UPS_EUPolicy @andysmithups @UPS The worst delivery service I've ever dealt with. Not just inefficient, but customer service fob you off with lies about attempted delivery notices! No communication between customer service and drivers, have updated delivery address multiple times! Useless @andysmithups

@andysmithups I've been trying to discuss my parcel charges with your company, in vain. Difficult to understand the cust service team every time. Promised brokerage would call back, but didn't. Driver came 3 times with the parcel. Not very environmentally sustainable UPS.
