@ThreeCare is your app and website down for presale tickets? Trying since this morning and when I log in it keeps circling me back around to log in again . Can’t get anywhere on both

@ThreeCare It won’t let me I have tried everything even from 2 different phones . I log in and then try go to presale tickets then it has logged me out again once I get there

@JillFarrell32 Hi Jill, the app is currently up and running for presale codes, you will need to log into the app and once you have clicked on the artists presale and select Send Me Code, the code will be text to you. Niall

@rosney It’s ridiculous , plus you need a desktop to do international transfers and your phone to authenticate the desktop login , then the card reader. They are only short of asking for a urine sample 🤣🤣
