@premierinn so frustrating! Deal online for 15% but there is an issue so can’t book. Spoken to customer services three times and they quote the deal incorrectly as per website and can’t make the booking! Ridiculous and nobody will resolve it.

@skytv such a joke when it comes to renewing or upgrading, likes it’s just a game. About to upgrade on a deal given one day and then can’t offer the same deal another day. Crazy.

Don’t buy from @Currys. Their customer service is a joke. Bought a cooker that does not work but they won’t take any responsibility even though they are fully aware their delivery staff are the likely cause of the issue!

Continued trying to contact @currys and get bounced from Business to retail and back. The microwave is out of warranty, but through very little use, wouldn’t expect it to catch fire. Cash repair offered and no care of the danger.

@currys has to be the absolutely worst customer service I have ever known! Spent hours today being passed around numbers and people and no way near closer to sorting. Worst complaints system I’ve known.
