Still no response from you and my application has since been WITHDRAWN!!! What the heck am I supposed to do now? You’ve got my daughters birth certificate and no one on the phone seems to be able to help me.

@HM_Passport I keep getting emails about my documents not being sent for my little girls passport, but they were all sent three months ago! Three months ago!… So our birth certificates etc. I apparently have no way to speak to a human about this, the automated system is awful.

@BTCare @bt_uk What is happening with the broadband at CH4? Told Tuesday this week but still not fixed. Been nearly a week and the mini router provided is hopeless. No further clarity on what is happening and when it’ll be resolved.
