@andyutd08 @footballconfid1 I dunno, hes played the ball away from goal to make an angle for the shot. Bobb is right behind him and he has to go that way towards and to protect ball, its his ball. Id be pissed if that wasnt given as a fk anywhere on the field for my team in an epl game.

I still don’t get how, seemingly, all match and VAR officials (both on duty for the game, and in the TV studios offering analysis) agree this isn’t a penalty… yet anyone who has actually ever played the game agrees it is a stonewall caste iron penalty 🤦♂️

@andyutd08 @footballconfid1 Defenders do avoid contact all the time in this scenario and usually gesture with their arms up to demonstrate that they have not made contact.
Do you watch premier league? At least once a week a defender will do this and the attacker gets the shot away

Norway dominated? That’s a but much! Yeah, they had good chances, but England came from behind, kept Haaland goaless and won in extra time. And “FIFA had the final say” is a bit of speculation, the available sensor data showed no contact with the cable. I get the disappointment but this wasn’t clearly a robbery! The better side won and that was us 🏴🤷🏻♀️

I have stabilized the footage to better see the ball's trajectory. You can clearly see it changing the flight path suddenly and going down quickly.
The ball touched the camera cable and fell onto an English team’s lap, allowing Bellingham’s goal against Norway.
FIFA claims no contact was recorded: “Connected Ball heartbeat sensor has no signal”.
Norway’s team has also reported this to the referee.
Technically this goal is hence incorrect?
