Good receptionists or switch board operators are probably the most underrated people in the world. Kudos to them! It makes such a huge difference if you call a company and get properly assisted from the first moment someone picks up the phone.

@VoxTelecom @vumatel I don't like to be this person and quite frankly I don't like that this is what I have to do to ensure good service delivery. I kid you not! Less than an hour later we have wifi again. Thank you. Not sorry for not being willing to wait 3 days to raise these things publicly.

@VoxTelecom @vumatel Earlier this year when you had scheduled maintenance and we didn't have wifi for 5-7 days we still paid for your service in full. I appreciate you have to maintain your infrastructure but what the hell did you do if we still have outages??

This is bullshit. I don't get a 10% leniency on my account for the three days I can't use the service @VoxTelecom and @vumatel. Kindly explain to me when your problem can NOT be mine?
