I really don’t like Brunson 12 minute first quarters… it feels forced. It feels mandated. I also don’t like staring at two seven footers and saying “nah, we good” but then when OKC puts four guards on the floor, all of a sudden you’re coaching with a brain and go small. It feels forced. It feels mandated. For all the talent the Knicks have acquired through the years, they ALWAYS seem to let the opponent dictate the terms of how the game is played.

Sports hernia surgery repairs damaged/torn tendons that attach to the pelvis. In some cases, tendons that attach the thigh muscles to the adductors are stretched/torn. Knicks are probably (obviously) hoping that this isn't an injury to the same area.
