Most of the people cheering this on have no real idea what these entities really do. I used Planned Parenthood extensively in college because I could get my yearly gynecological exam and birth control for absolutely nothing. You can also get cancer screenings, STD testing, and HPV vaccinations. This is a critical service for low-income women. You want to cut the funding for PBS, and yet all I hear about is conservatives bitching about their free speech and being “silenced.” Most of the people complaining about PBS don’t even watch it. Just asinine.
