@angelabdc @STVNews Police Scotland estate department. And none of these buildings are in such disrepair that they are dangerous. Asbestos registers are kept cataloguing every area with asbestos. That's the law. Like I said, any building built prior to 2000 could potentially have asbestos.

@ConstableChaos Police Staff do the menial tasks at about 50%-60% pay rate of officers. If they go then constables get moved to do those essential tasks with the net result that they are removed from operational duty. Do you want uniformed cops sitting behind desks compiling stats?
