… and the result is, in my opinion, the absolute best burger patties ever.
The only thing in them is 100% beef and a little bit of salt. That is it. Juicy patties with the most amazing beef taste.

One thing I just cannot go back to now is ready made mince. This takes a bit of effort (roughly 30 minutes) and costs a little more (£13.99 per kilo vs £12.00 per kilo) but, it makes the most incredible minced beef. Turning brisket to mince is just incredible.

I had feta with my dinner and I actually liked it. I've never been a fan of feta but with some herbs, a nice bit of lemon, was delicious!
