I am....very behind on my reading. Trainees—how do you balance reading current primary lit, landmark studies, condensed study materials, and useful blogs or other sources? Do you have a system or just read whatever feels right at the moment?

At @PittGIM our attendings round separately and let the resident run work rounds entirely. -Always available for questions -Gives the resident an appropriately high level of autonomy This also shortens rounds so there is daily time for dedicated daily teaching by the attending.
