@LynneBP_294 @FedSlayer There was one error. The wire incident. And they've explained that away. There were no other errors apart from a penalty for England being turned down.

@Coolbreez016 FIFA have explained away the wire incident (Which i don't agree with, and probably cost Norway the game). None of the other calls were wrong when looked at objectively, so there's no chance of anything changing.

@footyinsider247 I agree. Instead of people getting upset with Tuchel for his honest comments on the team's performance maybe they should be asking Kane about his diving in post match interviews and on other fora.

@DavidFurones_ Most European countries have Elite, soccer specific stadiums that provide a proper atmosphere for the players and spectators. That's why everyone has preferred the Mexican and Canadian stadiums to the American ones. They don't generate the same atmosphere.

FIFA should just have America host every World Cup. Where else in the world do you have this many elite stadiums in cities capable of handling such an influx of foreign visitors? And it lines up with the American football offseason for easy conversion to soccer for the venues.

i never knew if your goalie runs into his own player the referee stops play so the other team can't score on the open goal i'm just a simple-minded american learning new things about soccer though

Clément Turpin & the VAR team have a lot to answer for. Norway has been dudded by 2 huge calls. And worse, anyone betting on Norway to make it to the final (myself included) have also been dudded. This is a rigged World Cup. #FIFAWorldCup

@honorablesaint As an England fan, I agree that Norway were robbed by not getting that goal called back. However, calling that a dive turns your logical argument into an embarrassing post. Haaland took two attempts to demolish him and your gridiron players wouldn't have been standing after that.

England get gifted a goal from VAR refusing to review the skycam incident which is ruled a dead ball, then they take away a goal from Norway with the lamest dive I've ever seen. They really did make sure to get the 4 teams in the semi finals. England vs. Argentina France vs. Spain. Well done FIFA. You got your semi-finals.

Very disappointed of course Couple of situations where I think we were not fair treated - ball hits wire before 1-1. VAR takes away a goal for us. But ok. Not England’s fault. They won the game. And I congratulate all my English friends. Will support you rest of the World Cup

I genuinely don't understand how England keeps reaching the semi and final of the last 6 tournaments They just never look good but somehow find a way to win by 1. It's incredible

@Prominent_Bryan There's fouls on loads of corners. The whistle goes on about 30% of them, for lesser infractions than that. If they wanted England to win they wouldn't have called back that blatant penalty.

So England's goal shouldn't have counted (the ball touched the cable of the camera; the Norwegians saw it and complained but the ref ignored it) and then the ref disallowed a Norwegian goal for a 'foul' that happens on every corner and is never called Fifa want England in the semi

Were literally 2 minutes in and the Argentinian pushes the ball out with his hand and it's a goal kick to Argentina and the commentators say nothing.
