@anhvcs @message4bob There are 270,411 .il domains, and 8,730 .ps domains. Seems like .ps being a microscopic fraction of the .ru/.ua and even .il numbers might have something to do with it. (source: zone files via DomainTools)

Our empirical measurement of web defacement targeting Israel following the war reveals a similar defacer behaviour to what we saw in the Russia-Ukraine conflict. However, attacks this time are predominantly one-sided: 500+ Israeli websites got hit, while Palestine suffered only 5

Our paper with @message4bob and @rossjanderson got accepted at S&P'24. We show that mitigating online hate and harassment by deplatforming alone is hard, and the UK Online Safety Bill to deal with legal but harmful content is unlikely to be effective. arxiv.org/abs/2304.07037
