@IGN I just applied to the very cool Presentation & Graphic Designer with your company! I've been designing creative pitch decks & RFP/production grant proposals, event deliverables & marketing collateral w/ the industry for years, so it would be a great fit for both of us! 😎

This is useful! Especially after having experienced my own fair share of frustrating customer service chatbot interactions... 😎

@Monica80213924 @JoJoFromJerz Yes! I really hope FL Dems + voters rights groups can do a massive info campaign to alert Floridians who are renewing their DL between last year & the '26 Election. Their current Voter registration will no longer match their new license ID at the polls, they'll be turned away.

@screenrant Hi! I'm very interested in the new remote Graphic Designer position & applied today -as a senior-level designer w/ 14 years in the film industry, I'd be a great fit for the role! But I noticed in the online form there wasn't a place to add the cover letter & saw this:

Great article posted in @Stage32 today. My favorite & very relatable quote from it: "Lesson: Don’t wait for a green light; light the fire yourself." 😎 Making Our First No-Budget Feature: The Pure Vortex Journey Begins (Part 1) stage32.com/blog/making-ou…

@FonsMans Applied! Sounds like a great opportunity for an experienced designer - someone who can be a creative teammate, collaborator and has skill sets that can balance and expand on what you already bring to your clients. I'd love a chance to be considered for the role!

@jhaakana @MuseZack Because that fine powder smoke (with the unforgettable & immediately recognizable smell on set, like burnt sugar) gets breathed in and coats the inside of your sinuses like paint! Ugh. 😎 #setlife #filmmaking #indiefilm

If you're ever wondering why your big studio movie from the 80s or 90s looks so incredible, 9 times out of 10 it's because the director had 4 smoke machines running between takes to diffuse the light & make everything look moody & cinematic.

@JSOPIO I saw this person's comment to a Facebook post about the Saturday protests. I tagged JSO in reply to his comment, so you can find him. People who seem willing to deliberately harm protesters by running them over is something I know needs to be taken seriously these days.

Like, if everyone in a community (such as here on the Southside) paid even a small $25/month subscription, tens of thousands of people paying the hospital directly would cover all operating expenses, no more need for individuals or the hospital to deal with insurance companies.

@jsirven Would you consider doing an episode on "concierge" medical care in primary & specialty practices? I'm interested in how the subscription model can take insurance out of the equation. Would it be possible to run a hospital like this?

@jsirven I used to pay $25-30 for a filling in the early 90s here in Jax w/my family dentist, after dental insurance became popular it's now $250 *per surface*. And most dental offices seem to be corporate owned, there's 15 in just a 3 mile radius of me here on the Southside.
