Dear Atiku, you are no longer a popular figure in Nigerian politics like you used to be. Your influence has really diminished. There was a time you basically controlled the national Assembly, but today you can't even control the governor of your state, nor any senator from your state on your side. You don't have the capacity to win the presidential election anymore, especially Tinubu. Your name in the political sphere no longer generates the same level of interest and excitement among the Nigerian populace. Sometimes the people who do the greatest damage are not the ones who directly do the damage but the one that prevented those who could have stopped the damage. Obviously, your time has passed. Your best short was in 2019. I campaigned and voted for you and you actually won that election but the system was manipulated against you. If you had supported Peter Obi to get the ticket in 2023 in PDP, it would have been done and dusted both the primary and the presidential election and Wike's madness would have been cured. But you took a different route because you don't know when to leave the stage. You have been standing for election since 1993. The mention of your name in the political terrain in Nigeria is now greeted with lukewarmness. Even if you get the ticket, you don't start a chance of winning the presidential election. The odds are against you and simply put, your time has passed. You know the right thing to do but if you decide to go the way you went in 2023, just remember you have done more damage to Nigeria than Buhari and Tinubu combined because those who stopped those who could stop the evil doers actually committed more evil.

This afternoon, I received the Enugu Polling Booths Vanguard for Atiku, a group chiefly concerned with the sanctity of the ballots, led by Chief Obodoeze Ocho. They believe that every vote must count in 2027. I fully agree with them that protecting votes at the Polling Units level is vital for the coming elections. I told them that, for us to have credible elections that earn voters' trust, citizens must take the responsibility of safeguarding votes seriously. Votes will count if they are protected by those who cast them. -AA

The 'room' you want him to read is a Twitter bubble. The 'room' he is reading is a country where 133 million people are in multidimensional poverty. Hunger doesn’t have a 'Southern Turn.' Insecurity doesn’t check for a 'Zoning' certificate before it strikes. Infact while you are obsessed with the Geography' of power, the Atiku is obsessed with the Logistics of recovery. You mention 2014? Atiku built a coalition to stabilize a drifting nation,as the majority believed that year . In 2027, he is the only bridge strong enough to carry the weight of a unified opposition. While your heroes are busy 'decamping' from their 3rd party in 4 years because they didn't get an easy path, the Veteran is still in the room, building the structure you’re too impatient to understand. 'Reading the room' is for people who want to be popular. 'Saving the country' is for people who are willing to be misunderstood while they do the work. Nigeria needs a Fixer, not a Geographer Regards brother

Someone has to say it and I will. The only reason why people are still trying to push Atiku for presidency is because we have too many extremely selfish “elites” who will not support a reformer because all they are waiting for their own turn to benefit from the national cake. Only few are interested in Nigeria as a country. The rest just wants their share too. That’s why the Nigeria project will never make it. There are too many “Emi lo kans” who do not see Nigeria as a nation that can ever be bound in freedom, equity, peace, unity and inclusivity. Pin this 📌

Rinu, true reform requires the grit to build, not the habit of fleeing. The big man have changed party logos three times in three years, yet you call the man who stayed to build the foundation ‘selfish.’ Anger is a vibe, but winning 176,000 polling units requires the math he keep running away from. While the 'Messiah' is busy decamping again because a primary feels 'competitive,' the veteran is doing the work. You don’t rescue a nation by being the first to leave the room when it gets hot. Resilience is a legacy, restlessness is just noise.

@Omojuwa The Peter Obi factor is APC's nightmare. Obi is a man about town. It is purity versus impurity. It is people's structure versus the structure of corruption. Obi has earned people's trust and confidence. Obi can not promise electricity and provide darkness.

Peter Obi will be the NDC presidential candidate. This assumes that this time he got the party’s clearance for its ticket before jumping to them too. That’s your next party, Obidients. Congratulations.

Pay attention to this 👇 While Nigerians were pushing INEC and Akpabio to implement the use electronic transmission of election results, they quietly added a new clause to the law without notice. People just discovered it. This new clause means that politicians, like state governors, can print their own ballot papers, write their own results, and the presiding officer MUST accept them as valid. INEC can then use those results to announce the winner. This is why they insisted Form EC8A must be used over E-transmission! The big question is: Who knows how many other laws Akpabio and Tinubu have secretly amended in the constitution to favour themselves,, without Nigerians knowing? This should worry every Nigerian.

@felixherbt Bro, I can't tell if you're joking or not. So dining with a failed US politician is now tagged the peak of political genius. Mr. Ryan wasn't even the principal on his ballot. He was a deputy! Wow! It must take so little to impress Nigerians.

This is a very impressive picture of Peter Obi with former speaker of the United States House of Representative and former Vice Presidential Candidate of the Republican Party, Congressman Paul Ryan. It is no secret that HE Peter Obi is a political genius. Peter Obi has not only been consolidating his domestic political structures, especially in the northern states, but he is quickly building a formidable foreign policy and global network gravitas. These are what we call Power Moves in Chess After the 2027 Nigeria elections, the United States will quickly invite President Peter Obi to a state visit where he will receive a red carpet treatment, similar to that given to President William Ruto of Kenya. President Peter Obi will return Nigeria to her pride of place in the global community. Everyone loves Peter Obi. You don't need to travel country to country to attract investment, your personality will do that on your behalf. Obi is the man ✊

Nigerians rejected Peter Obi today. Decisively. For a movement whose greatest weapon was social media, the public collapse of the Obidient brigade carries a particular irony. They had reach. They had noise. They had numbers online. What they chose to do with all of it was weaponise hate, traffic in vitriol, and dress bigotry up as political conviction. Power without responsibility is just a mob with a megaphone. That is precisely what they were. They will not be missed. This is the first day of the last days of the Obidient group. ADC funerals will handle the rites.

Peter Obi is presidential. His aura is out of this world. Read my pinned tweet. I described the type of 21st century president Nigeria needs. This is the perfect definition of soft power. It is time for Nigeria to reclaim its its long-lost glory & pride abroad. A healthy president in over a decade is a huge flex. An international man can & will only restore Nigeria’s global image. It’s barely 24 hours since the ADC held their party Convention, & the man already held meetings with several diplomatic missions. He met the High Commissioner of Britain. Then he found additional strength to hold meetings with the embassies of Germany, Canada, & France as well. Sometimes I wonder where he gets his energy from? For a 64-year-old, Obi is stronger than most of us. I’m impressed by his hunger & passion to move Nigeria forward. This is FDI. This is Passport Ranking. I see the president of the United States visiting Nigeria once more. This is how you market “Brand Nigeria.” You put your best foot forward! If I can follow him? YOU TOO CAN! 👏👏
