We’re angry but we must now think logically. These protests are not effective towards what we’re trying to achieve - which is ultimately self sufficiency. Honestly, our previous govt is partially to blame for not managing this side of the dams. We must be honest with ourselves.

A video of Sheikh Hasina's Home Minister, Asaduzzaman, has gone viral. In the video, a police officer is seen telling Asaduzzaman, "When we shoot, one person dies and another gets injured. Only one goes down, sir, the rest don't. This is, sir, the biggest terror."
A secretary is also seen in the video. This secretary, Jahangir Alam, is currently the secretary to the Home Advisor Sakhawat Hossain. This is the first clear, public admission of shooting directly to kill. It happened with the knowledge and approval of the top leadership. There can be no greater evidence of a crime against humanity than this.

Rahul Anand's home and musical instruments were not deliberately burned. A fire was set to an Awami League establishment next to his home, and that fire accidentally spread to his residence, destroying everything. According to Rahul Anand, the fire was unintentional, and they were forced to leave their home with only the clothes on their backs as the house was engulfed in flames. It's unfortunate that the truth wasn't fully disclosed.
