Tired of "Top 10 AI Tools" threads written by people who’ve never seen a terminal? I’m launching a WhatsApp Channel: The AI Realist. Just raw hardware specs, local LLM workflows, and production-grade reality. No fluff. No hype. Join here: whatsapp.com/channel/0029Vb…

Hi, I am building AI Infrastructure Layer for Enterprises. A governance layer connected to intelligence with an orchestration layer and individual AI agents. All of this can be consumed either as a service or can be deployed in VPC/On-prem. No cloud/token dependency. thq.digital

That's a valid perspective but it works for people who are a tiny bit logical in their approach. I am sure you have also seen a lot of comapnies having their entire tech backbone in India but operating out of US/UAE/SG. I always think why is that the case (Zoho is the only outlier here)

I would not agree with that assertion. In general, users just dont care what country the products they use come from. They want the best quality money can buy. Everyone has a limited timespan on this planet.. they want the best they can lay their hands on. I do think - its ttly possible cos or tech out of India will need a higher escape velocity for success.... but that just a reflection of how this world works, not due to some underlying bias against the country

Sobering truth about India’s software/IT industry. This should keep our tech ecosystem awake at night 👇 And why are we here? ➡️ Our tech economy has been built around quick turnaround, arbitrage led opportunities - services, trading, reselling and transactional plays ➡️ Aversion to original product thinking, platforms, deep IP, and long-gestation bets Availability of capital (often cited as a convenient excuse) is NOT the gating constraint. Neither is human talent - Indians are good enough capability wise to make a serious dent globally, other factors allowing. The real issue - we Indians need to shun the low hanging fruit. And think bigger. We need more product ambition. More platform thinking. More long-term building.

@amitranjan Just FYI - we are building an AI Infrastructure platform for enterprises which can run in their VPC/on-prem systems. Also providing ready to be deployed AI boxes (powered by nvidia dgx spark) to have them run AI locally. Check it out - thq.digital

@amitranjan The bigger problem is that we have a bias toward foreign made apps and platforms. If something is created by an Indian we innately consider it to be of low quality. I do see that this mindset is changing but we are far from where we need to be.

2026 truth: Ankhon Dekhi (2014) was prophetic. A man who stops believing anything he hasn't seen himself. In the age of AI slop, deepfakes & misinformation - he wasn't mad, he was wise. One of the most relevant Indian films ever. 👁️ @imsanjaimishra

finally made the switch to hermes. i literally just said to codex "set up hermes. completely switch everything over from openclaw, keeping everything in tact. bind to the same discord server." and it ran for like 5 min and just worked. no debugging. i'm going to get ai psychosis from just being in constant awe at this stuff every single day. nothing feels real anymore.

Most enterprise AI fails not because of the models. It fails because there's no infrastructure underneath. No governance. No business context. No execution layer. That's what we built. THQ.Digital is live today, please check and share feedback.😇

This is post 1 of a build log. I'll be documenting the full local Hermes stack - what scales, what breaks, and what I'd never run through it for an enterprise client. If data sovereignty matters to you, follow along.

What's not: ⚠️ 9B parameters hits a ceiling on complex multi-step reasoning ⚠️ Some ecosystem tooling still assumes cloud-first - needs workarounds to run fully local

Everyone's spinning up Hermes Agent pointed at Claude or GPT. I've been running it locally on my own GPU box for 2 weeks. Here's what that actually looks like 🧵

The dirty secret: most enterprise AI strategies are PowerPoints protecting budgets, not roadmaps driving outcomes. The orgs winning in 2026 didn't wait for a governance framework. They shipped. Ask your team what tools they're actually using. The answer will terrify you.

Your CTO just approved a $2M AI budget. Your junior devs are already using Claude and GPT to 10x their output. Nobody told leadership. This is the real enterprise AI adoption story - and it's happening without you.
