Cancel The Complaint and Rebook. Last 3 Days We Mailed Grievance To Escalate Getting Random Replies from Them. Parts Not Available Etc. You Never Visited, Never Called, Never Check The Issue. Which Part You Are Waiting for. After Giving 3 Numbers Not A Single Call Has Been Made.

@ShiprocketIndia Really Feels Pathetic Experience to Use Service. Since Last 15 Days Facing a Panel Function Error & Following Up Everyday. But Everytime Team says We have Escalated the Issue. & After 10 Escalation Also I haven't Received any Call or Solution from Tech Team.

@PayUindia Really Pathetic Customer Service to Merchants. Posted Query on 16 OCT but didn't receive any Resolution & Ur team closed Query without Resolution 4 times. I don't understand if You have to close Query Without any Resolution why You made Customer support.

Since 26 OCT no response on Queries. . It has to close on 30 OCT & Till 7th Nov. Non bothered. I guess it's Habit of payU Customer Care. They don't take the Merchant Complaint n Issue seriously

@TelanganaCMO Alternative Shop Opening is To maintain Social Distancing or To Harass Public n Shop Owners ? Stand Alone Shops Which is Not having another shop in many KM radius are also being Closed Without Reason. Such a Poor Implementation. No Complaint Forums, No appeal Forum.

@SwiggyCares @swiggy_in I waited for 45 mins for food to get delivered & handed over exact change to delivery boy. Delivery boy & two customer care executive tells me that swiggy has banned Rs10 coin in some regions. So now swiggy will decide which currency will be used in India.
