I think it does if the logic is bounded to one domain and decoupled from other apps/services. My point is that 1 Lambda Function is not necesarily = 1 microservice. I usually read that Lamda functions are microservices (or nanoservices) and I am not sure I agree with that.

🚨Serious Question! Let’s say you have ONE app that is composed by 5 AWS Lambda functions and you put them all in ONE repo. You then create 5 bundles with GitHub Actions but you deploy them always together with ONE Terraform script. Would it qualify as a microservice? 👇🏻

The prefix "micro" in "microservices" should not refer to their size, but to their coupling to other services.

@peibolsang @ThePracticalDev @vercel Reminds me what Amazon is doing on the store front. They have mastered the logistics, now they offer their own "amazon basics" products when they find a profitable niche.
