@mocowan As Viet Thanh Nguyen rightly says, “banning [books] is an act of fear … of dangerous and contagious ideas.” My Mom, who was eternally grateful to this country for rescuing her from a totalitarian regime, never understood why Americans would subject themselves to such censorship.

WORST customer service ever! Trying to reach @ReadyRefresh, @NestleWatersNA for weeks to cancel home delivery. Impossible to do on web site, “customer service” line “down for enhancements” for 3 weeks (unlikely), no replies to repeated email requests. #FraudulentBusinessPractice
