Last week I passed my PhD with minor corrections! Feel very grateful to have spent the last 3 years with the @ICHPsychMedTeam and have loved setting up mental health services at different paediatric hospitals. Watch this space for the results! ✨

These findings suggest that drop-in mental health services are effective, acceptable, and can be delivered at low cost for young people with long term conditions. This model can help increase access to evidence-based mental health treatment in paediatric healthcare settings 👏

🔍 In conclusion, there remains a ‘research–practice’ gap in the provision of low-intensity CBT for children and young people. This paper highlights the need to improve accessibility of evidenced-based interventions and support research on interventions delivered in practice 📝
