It’s wild how 3 deaths from Hantavirus got more media attention than Israel killing ~3,000 civilians in Lebanon.

George H.W. Bush kept his assets in a blind trust, as did Bill Clinton. Neither Obama nor Biden traded stocks or bonds while in office. 3,700 trades is probably more than all the trades of all the presidents until now. And he is trading stocks that are affected by his decisions. A walking conflict of interest, at the least, and perhaps insider trading. Just as members of Congress should not be able to trade stocks, so too the president. bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

MAGA stands for absolutely nothing but affirming Trump's self-serving actions on that particular day. To cover it up, they rely on the hyperpartisan characatures, the 'look over there at how bad they are!'. The MAGA zombie actually believes that no Democrat has ever, in living memory, said anything true or worth considering. If Dems believe X, MAGA must believe Y. No thought, no reasoning, just kneejerk gainsaying.

RE: My Rant on Thomas Massie Supporters [THIS POST IS DIRECTED AT MASSIE SUPPORTERS AND NO ONE ELSE.] I am sick and tired of Massie supporters stating how “disappointed” they are at me for calling out his constant perfidy. I oppose Massie precisely because I so strongly support conservatism. Massie always TALKS a good conservative game, but when push comes to shove and actual ACTION is needed, he is the Democrat’s best friend. Don’t cite some rating agency’s “conservative score” for Massie in a feeble attempt to contradict me. When his vote is not needed, he votes conservative. But when his vote IS needed, he grandstands as the toxic narcissist he is, mumbles about his precious “principles,” and then ensures that things go the Democrat’s way. Politics requires some level of compromise. Always has. Always will. Anyone who refuses to ever compromise does the bidding of the people he/she disagrees with. Massie talks about supporting Republicans while his actions and inactions (the ones that actually matter) support Democrats. And Epstein? Show me what Massie has done that actually holds criminals accountable on the Epstein matter. And guess what? Criticizing Massie on his disgusting exploitation of Epstein victims for his own personal gain does not make me a “pedophile protector,” you ignorant, libelous tools. There is a reason that the New York Times, rabid Marxist Ro Khanna and Crazy Candace Owens all support Thomas Massie. If you are a Massie supporter, I adjudge you as being indistinguishable from the NYT, Khanna and Crazy Candace. That’s the company you keep, you conservatism-hating Massie supporters. Don’t like it? Don’t follow me. Go follow the Krassensteins, as that’s where your beliefs align as a practical matter. Now beat it. (And no, Israel did not pay me $7,000 to post this, you paranoid antisemitic monsters.) ****RANT OVER****

@willchamberlain Imagine thinking that wanting elected officials to act independently and in their constituents' best interest is bad. But that's MAGA, the cult that demands blind obedience to a corrupt, orang pedo protector.

“If Massie does pull this off, I think we’re going to see a lot more Republicans standing up to Donald Trump.” Inside one of the nastiest, most expensive primaries of the season—and why Rep. Thomas Massie has only grown more emboldened by Trump’s campaign against him. motherjones.com/politics/2026/…

@Vincinnatus @CynicalPublius observations from a non-republican: i am noticing his critics do not site SPECIFIC legislation that benefits American people or seeks out justice (i.e. Epstein) he actually stands for - ALL i see is he’s a Dem or some other fill in the word. So again, what do u stand for?

Lot of words to say absolutely nothing but repeating the same tired lies and misrepresentations. The NY Times does not support Massie, for but one example. And sure, of the 99% conservative rating, only the missing 1% of votes actually mattered. Solid analysis there. People actually listen to you?

Colleges and universities should cap foreign students at 2%. USC, Vanderbilt, and Northwestern admit 18, 14, and 15% respectively. It's not just the private schools either that are admitting international kids. UCLA, Illinois, and Florida admit 9, 14, and 7% respectively.

China understands Trump better than Washington does. Give him the red carpet, the fanfare, the strongman treatment, and suddenly “America First” turns into deal-making season. China has several cards to play. From soybeans to semiconductor chips to leverage with the Iranians, there are minefields everywhere for Trump.

The Massie hit isn't surprising. We all knew it was coming. The grifters aren't surprising. It's understood they're bought and paid for. What's infuriating is watching people who recognized the playbook for years fall for it the second it's aimed at someone other than Trump.
